The original rights holder of the EL Éditions Publishing Catalogue (ID008) exercised the buyback clause and repurchased all the catalogue shares on the marketplace at a premium reflecting the catalogue’s residual life and valuation. 

As a result, investors are receiving a unique one-time payout for a total of €41,100 (or €4.11 per share), corresponding to a premium of 49.5% on top of the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) from the past 30 days of trading.

The ownership of the shares is transferred back to the original transferor. The catalogue remains accessible on the platform for reference, but it is no longer tradable or listed in any portfolio.
