The Logan Mader Catalogue (ID015) received US$4,592.98 for the reference period of October 2023 - December 2023 (Q4 2023) as international (ex-USA) songwriting and publishing royalties from BMI (U.S. performance rights organization), as well as US$99.27 from UMPG as publishing royalties for the same reference period (Q4 2023).

Additionally, the catalogue received an exceptional distribution of US$442.00 from BMI, representing the proportional allocation of proceeds from BMI's acquisition by New Mountain Capital to their affiliates.

The auction for this catalogue was completed on September 29th 2022. ANote Music investors are entitled to receive €4,728.88, corresponding to the 100% of the catalogue listed, pro-quota to the number of shares owned. The EUR/USD rate at the time of conversion (including the banking transaction fees) is equal to 1.0857.
