The Steve James Producer Catalogue (ID018) has received royalties from its underlying distributors: £2,380.26 for the song ‘Power’ (Sony Q4 2022), US$150.28 for the song ‘Nobody Else’ (Sony H2 2022), €5,791.72 for the song ‘In the Name of Love’ (Q4 2022), US$617.58 for the song ‘Best of You’ (BMG H2 2022) and $425.50 for the song ‘Purpose’ (UMG Q4 2022).
The auction for this catalogue was completed on March 9th 2023. Investors are exclusively entitled to receive royalties that were collected after the auction completion, referring to the adjusted total amount of €3,124.28 (Power, Nobody Else and Purpose).
ANote Music investors are entitled to receive €1,562.14, corresponding to the 50% of the catalogue listed, pro-quota to the number of shares owned. The EUR/USD and EUR/GBP rates at the time of conversion (including the banking transaction fees) are equal to 1.1091 and 0.9146, respectively.
